Setting the Mood

Before you start recording the next 10 points first check:

1. Select the quietest room to work out. Will there be background noise? Close doors and windows closed and (if possible) everything to create what the background noise.

2. Pencil in some recording time in your diary and let people know that you will be off-line for an hour or so.

3. When you are ready to begin your session switch on the answeringMachine (if any) and reduce the ring volume. If possible, also to reduce the number of times the phone rings before the answering machine.

4. Put some relaxing essential oils in an aromatherapy oil burner such as lavender, geranium or bergamot - you probably have your personal favorites - go with what you prefer. Get the full benefit of relaxation before you even begin to meditate!

5. Prepare to see the audio device of your choice (- And what do you doto use to record your voice?).

6. If you want to let your favorite relaxing music playing softly in the background.

7. Read each script aloud and thoroughly prior to the start of your voice. When you read aloud get easier when you should be your breaks, and if you so with the speed, modulation happy

8. Finally - before you press the Record button to take a few deep breaths, relax - and continue to relax until you feel that you are quitePresent and centered.

9. When you are ready, and you have your rhythm, speed, volume and pitch at a stage where you are happy with it, take the first script practiced. When you are finished, playback, and evaluate it, if you are satisfied with it. You'll soon find out if you go with him to be happy. The great thing is, you can always re-record the scripts.

10. If you are with the sound of the recorded voice (some of us are not satisfied) (maybe your partner or a close friend of thewilling) you will be their credit.

So what do you actually use it to record your voice?

You can use these scripts easily by using a blank tape and a cassette recorder to be incorporated.
